   After assemble succeeds, ingest the completed proposal back into your KB with a single click. Semantic chunking only — no re-extract, no re-verify. Closes the loop on institutional memory.

   19-doc pipeline stabilization

   Hardened the RFP analysis pipeline against a 19-document regression corpus. Fixed NaN propagation in vector fit, JSON truncation in framework extraction, and embedding env-key resolution. Analysis is now deterministic across corpus variants.

4. 2026-04-15 Improvement

   Dashboard: unified recent documents

   Merged the three separate 'recent' widgets into one timeline on the dashboard, tagged by stage. One place to answer 'what's in flight right now?'

5. 2026-04-14 Improvement

   Auto-start analysis on upload

   Uploading an RFP now kicks off analysis immediately — no more clicking 'Analyze'. Removed 4 clicks from the happy path.

6. 2026-04-13 Feature

   Proposal detail — three-pane canvas

   Rebuilt the proposal editor as a three-pane layout: sections on the left, draft in the middle, citations + sources on the right. No more tab-chasing while drafting.

7. 2026-03-29 Improvement

   Settings redesign

   Primary model picker, per-provider API keys, and a pipeline visualization all on one page. Replaces three scattered settings surfaces.

   Extraction provider toggle

   Choose LlamaParse (default) or Adobe PDF Extract per company in Settings. Adobe stub in place for a future PR.
