What counts as a 'primary responder' vs. a 'collaborator'?
A primary responder initiates drafts, edits responses, or assigns work to SMEs. A collaborator reviews, comments, approves, or is mentioned. Unlimited collaborators are included on Team and Business. Primary responders count toward your paid seat total. -
What's the annual escalator?
5%, published in the contract. Industry runs 3–12% — we've capped ours on the low end and written it in. Prepay two years and we lock the escalator at 3% for the term. -
Can I start with a trial and upgrade without losing data?
Yes. Start a trial, upload a small source set, and keep that workspace if you upgrade. Trial workspaces use the same KB, citation, and proposal-builder surfaces as paid workspaces, so there is no migration step after conversion. -
How do the seat ranges work?
Starter is for one individual. Professional has no seat minimum and is intended for one or two primary responders. Team starts at 3 seats. Business stays public at 10+ seats and adds agentic research, account management, and higher-touch support. -
What usage limits apply?
Starter includes 100 uploads, 50 RFP analyses, and 50 proposal generations per month. Professional includes 300 uploads, 150 RFP analyses, and 150 proposal generations per month. Team uses those same Professional limits per seat unless you bring your own keys, then uploads, RFP analysis, and proposal generation are uncapped. -
What does BYOK unlock?
BYOK means your workspace uses customer-managed LLM and document-parser keys. It is available on Team and Business, unlocks provider/model selection, and removes usage caps for Team workspaces because model spend is no longer bundled into the seat price. -
When does paid billing start?
After the 14-day trial. You can choose a paid plan from the billing screen, change seats before checkout, or let the trial expire without a surprise charge. -
Is there an Enterprise tier beyond Business?
Yes — custom contracts for 25+ seats, regulated industries (banking, federal, healthcare), multi-tenant deployments, on-prem or dedicated-cloud hosting, business-unit segmentation, and custom SLAs. Talk to sales. -
What are Agentic Research credits?
Each credit covers one multi-step research task — "research bidder X's win history" or "summarize this 200-page RFP appendix" — typically 5–8 LLM calls + KB queries under the hood. Business includes 200/month. Additional credits are capped per seat so usage cannot create surprise overages. -
What starts during the trial?
The trial includes the core workflow: source ingest, KB creation, RFP analysis, cited drafting, and the collaboration, BYOK, model-selection, and agentic capabilities available on your selected tier.
